When the website is accessed, the hosting server may process technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver and secure the website.

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, telephone number, selected timezone, message, the page concerned and a record of your consent in order to answer your request. The timezone selector is initially matched to your browser’s timezone without requesting access to your precise location and can be changed before submission. This processing is based on your consent. Enquiries are delivered by the email service Resend, recorded in a local administrative backup and retained only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Artwork and exhibition enquiry forms process your name, email address, optional telephone number, browser-reported timezone, message, the artwork or page concerned and a record of your consent in order to answer your request. This processing is based on your consent. These enquiries are likewise delivered by Resend, recorded in the local administrative backup and retained only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

If you sign up for exhibition updates, we process your email address, optional telephone number, optional note, the time of signup and a record of your consent in order to notify you about new exhibitions by email and, when a telephone number is provided, send occasional SMS invitations. An administrative signup notification is delivered through the email service Resend. This processing is based on your consent. The record is retained until you withdraw that consent; your contact details are then removed from the notification list.

For spam prevention, a one-way hash of the IP address is temporarily used for rate limiting. These rate-limit records are removed after one hour.

External services and storage

The site loads no resources from third-party servers. Typefaces and the Three.js library used by the virtual 3D gallery are served from this website’s own server, so no external provider receives your IP address when a page is displayed. Links to external archives and collections are ordinary hyperlinks: nothing is requested from those sites unless you choose to follow one.

The site sets no cookies at all and uses no analytics or advertising. Session storage is used only to remember whether the online exhibition introduction has already been shown during the current browser session; it is cleared when you close the tab.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent relating to a contact enquiry or exhibition updates at any time by contacting hello@premotion.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
